This workshop will:
- Explore
appropriate problem solving family mediation techniques in
conflicted situations to create conditions that increase
harmony.
- Engage you in interactive dialogue techniques including the
Speaker/Listener technique based on the University of
Colorado studies.
- Demonstrate
and provide through the group process the principles of facilitative,
transformative, therapeutic and interest based
mediation.
- Enable you to role-play nonviolent approaches and constructively
